Highcroft consists of 160 Single-Family lots and also includes a Clubhouse.  Enebak Construction served as the general contractor, responsible for grading, utilities and street construction.  Grading crews sub-cut areas for the installation of deep storm sewer in tandem with normal mass excavating activities.  The grading crew and utility crews were able to work together to accelerate the completion time on this project.
