Trillium Cove, located in Prior Lake, consists of 142 Single Family lots and 65 Multi-Family lots.  Enebak Construction was contracted to complete the grading, underground utilities, and street construction.  Enebak’s grading and utility crews worked side by side to ensure the streets would be constructed before winter.

• 467,889 CY Common Excavation
• 87,506 CY Soil Correction
• 90,380 CY of Export
• 31,075 CY of Trench Borrow for street sand

Utilities

• 9,189 LF Sanitary Sewer
• 12,368 LF Watermain
• 10,549 LF Storm Sewer
